Declaration for Uploading Learning Materials

Please review and confirm before uploading any learning materials to the system. You hereby certify that the learning materials you upload are your own work or that you have obtained proper authorization from the copyright owner. You also confirm that you will not upload any learning materials containing personal data of others unless explicit consent has been obtained from the data subject or such processing is otherwise permitted by law. In addition, you agree that you will not upload, publish, share, or exchange any learning materials that contain content which is unlawful, immoral, contrary to public order or good morals, harmful to national security, or which may cause damage to the public or any person, whether directly or indirectly. The Company hereby clarifies that it acts solely as a platform provider for the exchange of learning materials. If any uploaded materials are found to infringe upon intellectual property rights or personal data protection laws, the company reserves the right to suspend your Aksorn One Account and/or restrict access to the system without prior notice.
